A group of specialized technicians decide to join to realize their ideas and experiences in the aseptic treatment of the food products.The international direction that they desired characterize the firm, is expressed in the name of the company, Asepsystems, union of the English words of Aseptic Systems.
1991
The first series of the aseptic filler Ro.Ver.Bag, acronym of Robot Versatile for aseptic Bags, an automatic filling device able to suit for all the bags types, thrills the market for the innovations contained.
1996
The European Economic Community, within the PHARE program of help to the centre and east Europe countries, assigns to Asepsystems the supply of fittings for fruit and tomato for three greater productive realities of the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). This is the recognition of the high technology and quality reached by the Asepsystems production.
1998
Through the proper American affiliate, the Asepsystems gets the authorization of the 3-A Symbol Council for the new version of the aseptic filler Ro.Ver.Bag
1999
After years of collaborations with other important productive realities, it is delivered the first complete factory entirely designed and realized by Asepsystems. It include two processing lines for tomatoes and continental fruit, able to produce juices, concentrate and pieces. In the following years it will be designed and delivered lines to process tropical fruits and vegetables.
2005
Asepsystems developed the Aseptic Monoblock for the customer necessity to save space and time. The monoblock is pre-assembled on unique platform and is tested in Asepsystems workshop before delivery.
2006
Asepsystems developed a new monoblock for aseptic treatment and aseptic filling of big size cubes (25x25x25 mm) of fruit integrating the Emmepiemme pump and Ohmic heat exchanger.
2007
Asepsystems developed and installed cold extraction group for high quality fruit natural puree and concentrate.
2008
Asepsystems developed and installed ultrafiltraction compact systems with ceramic membranes for clarified juice of apple, cherry and other kinds of berries.
2009
Asepsystems reached the 100 aseptic fillers sold.
