Rotary coil cookers

Multifunction Group

Capacity up to 20 t/h for fruit and vegetable.

Machine for atmospheric or under vacuum cooking of fruit and vegetable. The machine is apt for a delicate cooking of chopped fruit and vegetable. It is possible to install vacuum for mixing, cooking  and concentrate different products as jam or industrial product for yogurt or sauces. The rotary coil is heated with direct steam and the temperature of the product is automatically regulated.

  
The main components of the rotary coil cooker are:
  • S.S. Horizontal tank;
  • S.S. Rotary coil;
  • Predisposition for C.I.P system with water and steam;
  • Electric motor with speed controlled by electronic inverter;
  • Level control;
  • Temperature control;
  • Control panel.

Advantages:
  • Gently mixing and cooking;
  • Possibility to have the machine in version for atmospheric or vacuum cooking;
  • Versatility, motor electronic controlled.

Using the most advanced computerized solid modelling technical, the design has been optimised to give to the Customer the maximum personalization freedom in the machine configuration.
