Asepsystems with more of 30 years of experience in this field, developed complete lines for the tomato, fruit and vegetable processing with final aseptic packaging bag in box or bag in drum. 

The scope of the development of complete line is to give solution to the Customer, drawing flexible lines even for processing tomato and other kind of fruit and vegetable including specific machines for processing specific products. The technology used is with the newest machines as turbo extractors-refiners, with the possibility of cold extraction, hot break system for the enzymatic inactivation for the production of high viscous final products, evaporator with high capacity and with mixed technology, for example with forced circulation effects and turbulent thin film evaporators as finisher for specific products. The processing line can be also integrated with the required services devices as: steam, water, compressed air and electricity, production and distribution,  to offer to Clients a turn key plant.
