Asepsystems produce a series of versatile Pulpers - Refiners, single or double bodies, with capacity up to 80 t/h.

From the wide inlet openings, a special patented dispenser provide to distribute the incoming product on all the squeezing blades, so that take advantage of the whole cylindrical sieve surface and maximize the productivity. The waste products are moved away through a separate hopper.

A simple blades assembly system allow a quickly modification of the squeezing and distributing set.

In this way not only you adapt the machine to the processing product but even modify the production capacity, to optimise the la squeezing according the desired organoleptic characteristics.

The mechanics versatility and the motor electronic control, allows to use the machine, opportunely equipped, also as cold refining for fruit or as drum pitter and stone cleaner.

Besides the bodies modular characteristic allows both to connect them in fall for a best homogeneity of the product, both to specialize them for always different uses with short readiness times.

The group is naturally provided of a CIP system that allows the inside cleaning through timed and programmable water and steam entry.

All our equipments are made using the most advanced technology and materials and, according the international regulations, all the product contact components are Stainless Steel made.

Using the most advanced computerized solid modelling technical, the design has been optimised to give to the Customer the maximum personalization freedom in the machine configuration, acting on:

• squeezing regulation changing the type, inclination and number of the blades;

• optimisation of the quality through the proper choice of the sieves and the rotation speeds;

• capacity optimisation through distributors and transport blades;

• special equipment to adapt the productive cycle to the different products.

All this to allow the Customer to prepare in every occasion the best product.
