The company Asepsystems S.r.l. was born in 1990 as a limited liability company in order to design and construct plants for the processing of food stuff.
Our Company, basing its capacity on the previous experience of its own founding members, has started its activities with great spirit of initiative, by constructing different designs a few of which have already become patented.
Many of Asepsystems technicians operate in the food processing for more than 30 years, both as owner of other famous Company both as specialised technicians. But the technological innovation is still today the basis of their profession.
After having developed aseptic plants for the sterilisation and cooling of the product and aseptic filler for the packaging, at present the Company is able to produce complete line for the processing of agriculture foods, as tomato, fruit, tropical fruit, and so on, to produce paste, puree, pulp, diced, concentrate, pieces.
The most part of our production (90%) are absorbed out of the Italian market, in the Countries where the industrial growing require the best technology and experience in the food processing.
Asepsystems, further the design and the mechanical manufacture, creates internally the plant's control programs and the instructions manuals for the use and maintenance; the components of the Company are also the technicians in charge of the Assistance Service, for the installation of the plants, the start up and even for the instruction of the Customer's personnel.
The spare part are assured by a internal store, to guarantee a fast components dispatch. As further advantage, the equipments are made by standard components to give to the Customer an easy availability on the internal and foreign market.
