 Asepsystems Continuous forced circulation evaporator, single, double, triple and quadruple effects, capacity up to 2000 t/day for tomato, fruit and vegetable.

Mainly born for tomato paste “hot break” and “cold break” production, the forced circulation evaporators are also suitable for all “high consistency” products, like fruit and vegetables concentrates. The standard plants are in counter flow triple effects / triple stages (first effect as finisher not over 78 °C), but in accordance with the capacity, they are also available in double effects for medium-low capacity, or in triple effects / quadruple stages and in quadruple effects / five stages, normally for high capacity over 30000 kg/h of evaporated water. The quadruple effects evaporators are usually in cross flow solution, with second effect in double stages (pre-finisher and finisher not over 75 °C).

Built in stainless steel, in any case each evaporation stage is composed of:

• Vertical tube nest (heat exchanger);
• Cylindrical evaporation chamber (separator);
• Centrifugal motor pumps (high delivery product recirculation);
• Positive displacement mono pumps for the product extraction.

To complete the evaporator:

• Mixing condenser, barometric or semi barometric type;
• Vacuum system;
• Control panel.
