Asepsystems Destoner, capacity up to 8 t/h for fruit with stone.
Machine for removing the stone from the fruit. Apt to remove the stones from mango, peach, apricot, cerry and other fruits only changing the sieve with different holes size. The machine might be equipped with a pre crusher installed before the inlet hopper and may be equipped with a rotary coil as pre heater in the tank placed in the bottom of the destoner.
The main component of the destoner are:
Inlet

No. 2 Sieves;
Shaft with special paddles;
Outlet hopper for the stones;
S.S. Horizontal tank;
S.S. Rotary coil;
Predisposition for C.I.P system with water and steam;
Electric motor with speed controlled by electronic inverter;
